voting precincts had to be changed. Adams County now has 5 precincts.
The precincts match the Supervisor Districts: Precinct Adams 1 is
the same as Supervisor District 1 (currently represented by Douglas Birt) and
also matches the lines for Ward 1 in the City of Corning. Precinct
Adams 2 is the same as Supervisor District 2 (currently represented by Jerry
L. Peckham) and also matches the lines for Ward 2 in the City of Corning.
Precinct Adams 3 is the same as Supervisor District 3 (currently
represented by Linda England) and also matches the lines for Ward 3 in the City
of Corning. Precinct Adams 4 is the same as Supervisor District 4
(currently represented by Phyllis Mullen) and Precinct Adams 5 is the
same as Supervisor District 5 (currently represented by Karl McCarty).
Adams 1 Precinct residents vote at the Corning Community Center located at
606 6th Street in Corning, Iowa.
Adams 2 Precinct residents vote at the Corning Public Library located at 603 9th
Street in Corning, Iowa.
Adams 3 Precinct residents vote at the Redeemer Lutheran Church located at 800
17th Street in Corning, Iowa.
Adams 4 Precinct residents vote at the Nodaway Community Building located at 300
7th Avenue in Nodaway, Iowa.
Adams 5 Precinct residents vote at the Prescott City Hall located at 607 2nd
