STATE AND FEDERAL FILING
5:00 p.m. on March 14. is the deadline for partisan candidates to file nomination petitions in the Office of the Secretary of State.
MONDAY, MARCH 3 - 

WEDNESDAY,  MARCH 25

COUNTY FILING
5:00 p.m. on March 25 is the deadline for partisan candidates to file nomination petitions in the Office of the County Auditor.
FRIDAY, MARCH 28 WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE (COUNTY)
March 28 is the last day for candidates who have filed nomination petitions with the county auditor to withdraw.  Notices must be submitted in writing
MONDAY, MARCH 31 OBJECTION DEADLINE (COUNTY)
March 31 is the last day to file written objections to nomination petitions filed with the county auditor.
 THURSDAY, APRIL 24 ABSENTEE BALLOTS
April 24 is the first day to vote by absentee ballot in the county auditor's office. 
SATURDAY, MAY 24 County auditor's office will be open until 5:00 p.m. for registrations and absentee voting.

5:00 p.m. on May 24 is the deadline to register to vote for the Primary Election.  Persons registering after this date will be required to show identification at the polls.

SATURDAY, MAY 31 County auditor's office will be open until 5:00 p.m. for absentee voting.
TUESDAY, JUNE 3 PRIMARY ELECTION DAY
Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
TUESDAY, JUNE 10 COUNTY CANVASS OF
PRIMARY ELECTION
FRIDAY, JUNE 13 RECOUNT DEADLINE
5:00 p.m. is the deadline for recount requests to be filed in the County Auditor's Office.

5:00 p.m. is the deadline for ALL candidates to file papers in the Office of the Secretary of State.
MONDAY, AUGUST 4 -

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 27

COUNTY CANDIDATE FILING
5:00 p.m. is the deadline for county and township offices to file papers in the County Auditor's Office.  This includes no-party political organizations, Township Trustees, Extension Council and Soil Conservation Commission.
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2 WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE (COUNTY) OBJECTION DEADLINE (COUNTY)
Last day for nonparty and candidates nominated by petition who have filed nomination papers with the county auditor to withdraw in writing to the county auditor. This is also the last day to file written objections to nomination petitions filed with the county auditor.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 September 25 is the first day to vote an absentee ballot in the County Auditor's Office.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25 County auditor's office will be open until 5:00 p.m. for registrations and absentee voting.
